Yo What’s going on with the world?! Lately its starting to feel like I’m getting more done just laying back and having a good time. Things are always mighty good for IKONYC. Still posting because we wouldn’t want anything to mitigate our buzz, but you already know we won’t have anything new till 2011. Right now I have some treats for the people that post a view on our shit daily (which is always much appreciated). So sit back and enjoy this post.

Beginning To Feel Like Ikonyc
Christmas is right around the corner and we decided that we wont have any new projects till after the vacation. Although it seems like a long ass pause, it’s not. Spending some time on making some artwork and sketching new designs out every day till the next shirt. The idea for art on shirts is becoming something definite. On the other side of the planet, Kanye dropped a “christmas song” with CyHi Da Prynce. Its dope enough for the blog so sit back and enjoy that. Soon I’ll post some artwork on the blog. Till then……

Art Work On Shirts
Well there’s a goal that we want put up there and thats Artwork on shirts. Its pretty difficult putting up a piece on a shirt because it’ll either look like shit or it’ll look shit. But I’m pretty confident that we could pull it off. I know that a while back I mentioned something about a collabo with Scape from Alien. Of course it didn’t come along but we got in contact today and I’m aiming for doing that soon.

ERARE
Before IKONYC had a printed shirt, I did some background check on screen printing and a few people on the street wear scene. Luckily, we did get connected with enough people to start off. One of the people that showed some love was ABsDaKid from ERARE NYC, much props to them for doing their thing. Here’s a little vid to put you on with that real City style shit they got going on. Don’t forget about IKONYC though hahahahahaha, this has been the best month for the brand thus far. So Keep it up and we’ll keep you guys posted.

Stats
There’s been 2,532 views and counting on Ikonyc’s site since we’ve opened the blog some months ago. Monday’s coming and there’s another week to tackle. There’s a new T.I track thats pretty dope, this new No Mercy Album is the shit. We’ll keep you posted with other music and soon we’ll post some new design ideas. I have a feeling that the next few shirts are going to have more of my own art pieces than just the brand name. There’s also a possibility that we’ll remake the Cut Class idea and put that out there temporarily. By the next two shirts we should have a professionally manufactured shirt. Ikonyc apologizes for hyping up the idea about the hoodies. We won’t be able to put that out there yet, at least not for the next few months. So Enjoy this new track and stay up.
